1. 1 · Accuracy of information

   I confirm that the information I have given in this form is true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that giving false or misleading information may result in my application being rejected or my enrolment being withdrawn.

2. 2 · School rules

   I have read and understood the rules of The BeautySmith Academy, and I agree to abide by them. This includes the Academy's standards of conduct and discipline, attendance requirements, hygiene and safety procedures in the practical studio, and the conditions governing transfers between classes, campuses or intakes.

3. 3 · Fees and refunds

   I understand that:

   • The registration fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.
   • Tuition fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable, whether in part or in full, and whether or not I complete the programme.
   • A minimum deposit of 50% of tuition is required to secure my place, and the balance must be paid according to the schedule agreed at enrolment.
   • The Academy may withhold certificates, results or course materials where fees remain outstanding.

4. 4 · Safety and liability

   I understand that beauty training involves the use of tools, heat, chemicals and electrical equipment. The Academy takes all reasonable steps to maintain a safe learning environment and to protect the wellbeing of its students.

   I accept that the Academy is not responsible for the loss of, or damage to, personal property brought onto its premises, and that I am responsible for securing my own belongings, kit and equipment.

   I agree to follow all safety instructions given by instructors and to disclose any medical condition, allergy or skin sensitivity that may affect my participation in practical training.

5. 5 · Use of my personal information

   I consent to The BeautySmith Academy collecting and processing my personal information — including my name, date of birth, contact details, identification documents and payment records — for the purposes of admissions, student administration, NVTI certification and communication about my programme.

   I understand that my information will be kept securely, will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required for certification or by law, and that I may request access to or correction of my records at any time by contacting the school office. See our privacy policy.
